A miscellaneous text popped up that read “How are you feeling today? You’ll have to wait for me a little longer.”
Regrettably the person it was meant for didn’t receive it because it was sent to me in error.
Immediately I applied it to my situation, as I await the Lord’s leading and discernment. I’ve been waiting on him for direction and through that erroneous text he comforted me quietly saying, “I know you are feeling impatient but you’ll have to wait for me a little longer.”
Who knows why the wait? I don’t. But in his time he will answer.
The Lord is my portion; therefore I will wait for him. ~ Lamentations 3:24-25
Though I hate waiting especially as the world seems to be moving faster and opportunities swift by, I am confident his timing is best.
